green seed smoothie

If you are looking for a fun way to add some pumpkin seeds into your diet then this is the recipe for you!! They combination of the pumpkin seeds and spinach give this smoothie the most beautiful green colour! If you don’t like banana, mango would also work so well in this recipe!! recipe (serves 1)


ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana or 1 cup frozen mango

  • 1-2 medjool dates

  • 4 tbsp pumpkin seeds

  • 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Handful of spinach leaves

  • ½ cup oats

  • 1 tsp psyllium husk (optional)

  • ¾ cup milk (cows, oat, coconut, almond)


method

1. Pour all the ingredients into a high-power blender and blend until combined.
