mango & coconut bliss balls

I love giving people gifts… particularly edible ones!! I made a batch of mango and coconut bliss balls over the weekend and packaged each one up with a body appreciation quote .

Here is the recipe for the bliss balls and below you will also find 10 affirmations you can write and attach!!

recipe (makes 20)

ingredients

  • 1 cup dried mango

  • 1 cup desiccated coconut (plus a little extra for rolling)

  • 1 cup raw cashews

  • 1 cup buckinis

  • 1/2 cup medjool dates

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • Pinch of salt

  • 3/4 cup water

method

1. Simply pop all the ingredients into a food processor and blitz until it forms a thick mixture! If it is struggling, just add a little more water.

2. Roll into balls (about the size of a ping pong ball) and then roll into desiccated coconut.

3. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 weeks (they won’t last that long though!!).
