basic turkey patties

We all need easy weeknight dinners, and this is another winner in my eyes! I whipped these up along with a tabouli salad in 45 minutes and it gave me some delicious lunches that I got to enjoy throughout the week too!

recipe (serves 3-4)


ingredients

  • 500g turkey mince

  • ½ red onion, finely diced

  • 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped

  • 1 cup parsley, finely chopped

  • 1 tsp salt


method

1. Preheat oven to 180C.

2. In a large bowl, use your hands to mix together the turkey mince, onion, garlic, parsley and salt.

3. Form the mixture into eight patties and place them either in a non-stick tray or on a lined baking tray.

4. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
