how do I speak to teens about food?
the issue we’re facing
As educators, we all understand how hard it can be to teach when the teens listening are exhausted. Conversations about food can sometimes feel daunting. So many of us don’t want to say the wrong thing or make an issue worse than it is, which can lead to us not saying anything at all when a young person needs support.
Food plays such an important role in giving teens the energy they need to focus and feel energised at school, so equipping yourself with the language to use is imperative to start having conversations.
This is where we come in!
We’re excited to invite you to our upcoming FREE webinar,
